In accordance with the local health regulations and venue policies, masks will be required indoors at all times regardless of vaccination status. Face shields, bandannas and masks with ventilation will not be allowed. Masks may be removed while eating and drinking. All attendees are expected to comply with all local health requirements.

Personal Protective Equipment

PPE items including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer will be available at registration throughout the event. Hand Sanitizing stations will be available at all Cloud Summit venues.

Physical Distancing Requirements

In addition to implementing social distancing guidelines throughout the space with a more comfortable layout and additional visible signage, we will be offering Social Distancing wristbands at the onsite registration desk. The color-coded wristbands will help make those individual social distancing preferences known for the comfort of all our attendees. The wristbands take a cue from traffic lights: Red equals no contact; yellow indicates an elbow bump is okay; green means go in for the hug or the high-five.

Many airports have increased their safety protocols. We recommend reviewing the health and safety requirements specific to your designated airline and home airport, as well as any airport(s) you are transiting through, prior to leaving home.
